Where can I find….?

This is one of the key questions in every research and in the process of writing a paper.

Well, the answer depends on where your  are on the project. If you are just beginning  your research. First, check the DaTA and Aleph systems for books on the subject you are researching.  It is advisable to also check other libraries in ULI

Once you have read a little on your subject and you have a more specific research question, you can check for articles on your topic. If you are searching in Hebrew, this can be done in: DaTA, Index to Hebrew Periodicals, Nevo and Pador.

Articles in English you can find in DaTA, LexisNexis, Westlaw, HeinOnline, LegalTrac and Google Scholar.

Cases, Legislation and other legal materials can be found in The Israeli or foreign legal databases, depending on the focus of your research paper.
