Many databases offer alerting services to keep you up to date with the law.
You can easily subscribe to these services via the main page of the various databases.

Here are some additional options for alerting:

SSRN - Social Science Rsearch Network provides abstracts to academic articles in the social sciences before they are officially published in journals. In many case a full text of the article is available.

LSN - Legal Scholarship Network - is a sub database dedicated to law.

Research students and faculty may create an alert on order to be notified by email when articles are published in the subjects they are interested in.
